Protocol reserve

VistaTreasury receives 15% of every swap fee in USDC, pushed by the pair as the swap settles. When a pool has no eligible liquidity, the LP share is routed here too.

Onchain, nothing else happens to it. No buyback, no burn, no swap logic. Withdrawals are restricted to the owner, a Safe multisig on Arc, and emit Withdrawn. Every inflow is visible as ProtocolFeePaid on the pair that paid it.

The app shows the reserve balance and inflows as real numbers only. Spending policy is not specified yet.
